Kick off the season at the beautiful Swallows Eve event center near downtown Fredericksburg. Mingle with friends. Enjoy small plates prepared by Sage and paired with eleven Texas wines, bourbon, and beer. All this amidst a backdrop of smooth music.

FHS culinary students will gain hands-on experience assisting at this event.>>
